Like GW Start Ups? Check Out AthleteTrax

AthleteTrax was started a couple of years ago some several current GWSB undergraduate students after winning the GW Business Plan Competition.  Since 2012, AthleteTrax has been burning up the start up scene making appearances in Washington, DC and throughout the East Coast.

AthleteTrax is designed to provide a comprehensive solution that takes the headache and hassle out of managing an athletic team. The platform makes scheduling, communicating, and fundraising for teams effortless by giving them the ability to have a central team calendar, mass text message communicate, and reach a broad audience to raise funds for team dues and expenses. Furthermore, AthleteTrax can provide teams with the capability to build and track workouts and upload unlimited video content. All of this together is the ultimate solution for simple and effective team management.

Currently, AthleteTrax has made serious progress working with 48 teams and over 1,300 users at 18 different schools and 14 different sports at the high school/ college (NCAA/club) level.

The MBAA encourages you to visit the AthleteTrax website at  Or if you know of an athlete or team that may be interested in signing up, encourage them to sign up for a free trial here

Oh, and their co-founder and CEO Jon Halpern is a pretty good guy, so feel free to contact him directly at jhalpern ( at ) for more information.
