Rich data sets are becoming publicly available at an increasing rate. The challenge, now more than ever, is the ability to extract value from data.
We invite you to explore open data and the power of analytics at the 2014 George Washington University Business Analytics Symposium. Sponsored by the School of Business, Department of Decision Sciences, and the Institute for Integrating Statistics in Decision Sciences, this day-long symposium will educate and connect you to the world of analytics. Our agenda explores the open data roadmap, predictive modeling, and business applications of analytics, and will provide an excellent opportunity to interact with and learn from analytics professionals and practioners.
Registration starts at 8:00 AM with the official program starting at 8:45 AM. As a GWU graduate student or alumnus, your registration is free, but you must sign up to attend. Space is limited and registration includes breakfast, lunch, and the evening reception.
